Delays in feedback, approvals, access, payment, or required materials may affect project schedules, costs, and delivery commitments.

Ownership of final deliverables, source code, designs, documentation, data, third-party tools, open-source components, and pre-existing materials will be handled according to the applicable written agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, UFUQ SOLUTIONS retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable tools, templates, internal frameworks, and general technical knowledge.

Fees, deposits, milestones, invoicing, taxes, expenses, and payment deadlines are defined in the applicable commercial agreement. Late payment may pause work or affect delivery schedules.

Some projects may rely on third-party hosting, APIs, software, platforms, licenses, app stores, payment processors, cloud services, or external systems. Those services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and security practices.

Each party may receive confidential business, technical, or operational information during discussions or project delivery. Confidential information should be used only for the intended engagement and protected with reasonable care.

Client data handling, production access, backups, retention, and security measures should be defined according to the needs and risk profile of each project.

To the extent permitted by law, UFUQ SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or service engagement.

Any warranties, service levels, maintenance obligations, or liability limits for a project must be expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms for website use. Existing client agreements remain governed by their own written terms unless amended in writing.
